Life-Changing Results
The same-day smiles pictured below are possible thanks to a procedure known as All-On-4 dental implants. At Philadelphia Dentures and Implants, we have modified this procedure to give superior results to our patients. Rather than always using 4 implants, as the name suggests, we will place anywhere from 4 to 6 implants per arch. However many ensure the best outcome for the patient. When making your final teeth, we use either zirconia or a nano-ceramic, NOT acrylic denture teeth like you’ll find at most other providers. These are digitally designed and milled for the best accuracy. They are significantly stronger, more resistant to chipping, and more resistant to staining than acrylic denture teeth. Please make sure you understand what kind of teeth you will actually be getting before investing your money in your new smile.

All-On-4 Implants vs. Traditional Dentures

How Dental Implants Work
Dental implants are a popular and effective way to replace missing teeth, providing a stable and natural-looking solution. The process of getting a dental implant involves a surgical procedure, during which a small hole is carefully made in the jaw.
The implant, which is made of titanium, is then inserted into the hole and left to heal for several months. During this time, the implant fuses with the bone, creating a strong and stable foundation for the replacement tooth or bridge. Once the implant has fully healed, a connector (called an abutment) is attached to the top of the implant. This abutment connects the implant to the replacement tooth or bridge, which is custom-made to match the surrounding teeth in size, shape, and color.
The end result is a natural-looking and functional replacement that can restore your smile and help you eat and speak with confidence. With proper care, dental implants can last a lifetime, making them a great investment in your oral health and well-being.
